Here is your weekly announcement from the Mental Health Team: Eating disorders have become a more common topic of discussion, especially on social media. Learning the causes and coping strategies for eating disorders helps to keep us and our loved ones healthy. There are many types of eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia. If you struggle with your relationship with food or with how you view yourself when you look in the mirror, please ask for help. Our counselors or other trusted adults want you to be whole and healthy. Join us Tuesday, March 25th at our next mental health club meeting in Mr. Swift's room to create posters for autism awareness!
