Here is your Thursday special announcement from the Mental Health Team: Sleep is crucial to how we get through every day. Teens especially need consistent sleep, as they are still growing and developing. A good average is about 8-10 hours a night. You can form healthy habits by having a consistent night routine, where you take time to wind down before bed. This can include avoiding electronics and caffeine before sleeping, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques. Mark your calendars - our next Mental Health Club meeting is Tuesday, January 28, from 3-3:30. Join us!
