Note from the Mental Health Club.
Burnout is a form of exhaustion caused by being out of balance and high levels of stress. This leads to a decrease in motivation and effort. Around this time in the school year, many of you may be feeling this way, and that is normal. Remember to take breaks, get a good night’s sleep each night and leave time for fun activities so you have things to look forward to. We’ve almost reached the final stretch of the school year, so be prepared to finish strong.
