Bishop Foley Catholic offers a college preparatory academic program with more than 100 courses and 20 AP and honors classes. In addition to the traditional required high school classes, Foley includes additional course offerings in STEM, performing/visual arts, foreign language, theology, and more.

Looking for service hours? Guardians Angels is looking for volunteers to help out with their All Saints Day Party on Saturday, Nov 2. Volunteers are needed from 3:30- 7:30pm to help with set up and clean up, in addition to running games during the event. This is a lot of fun for the families who attend so please consider helping out! Contact Mrs. Baumgartner to sign up.

Attention Seniors: Saginaw Valley State University will be visiting BFC on Tuesday, October 22nd during 6th hour. Central Michigan University will be visiting on Wednesday, October 23rd during 3rd hour. To sign up for either of the presentations and onsite admissions, please fill out the Google Form sent out by Mrs. Peurach. If you have any questions, contact the Counseling office.

Next Tuesday Oct 22nd through next Friday Oct 25th, NHS will be collecting candy for Safe Halloween. This is an opportunity to earn spirit points for all grade levels. The more pieces of candy received, the more points earned! If you have any questions about candy collection, please see Tad Dobek.

The BFC Book Club will take place next Thursday, October 24th at 7:30 am in Lab 4 of the Media Center. This month, we will be discussing the book THE REAL BOY by Anne Urse. Even if you haven't read the book, or finished reading the book, come and join us for some lively discussion. Breakfast snacks will be served.


Sports Announcements for Wednesday, Oct 16, 2024

Good luck to the Field Hockey team who play in the 1st round of playoffs today against Cranbrook at the Oval at 4:15pm.

Good luck to the Volleyball program who play tomorrow at Foley vs Armada. Freshman and JV play at 5:30 and Varsity plays at 7:00pm. The Varsity and JV teams also have a tournament on Saturday at Mt. Morris at 8:00am.

Good luck to the Swim team who celebrate Senior night tomorrow as they vs. Regina at Athens High School. Races start at 6:00pm.

Good luck to the football team who play on Friday at home for their last game. Come and support the Seniors on their last game. Check BFC Venture Nation on Instagram for the theme for Friday. Again, this is the last game of the year so show up and be loud!
